This is a Zombie Town! - Is a zombie top down shooter for the Xbox Indie games and the PC. The game spans across 8 semi realistic maps ravaged by the hordes of zombies trudging through the city of Rocky Fields.

You take control of Sean Noland, a man at the wrong place at the wrong time. An underground explosion has turned the cities inhabitance into ravaging zombies. Sean didn't have much of a life before zombie arrvied, now he's having the time of his life...just surviving.

I've got a special announcment about the game in the near future so theres something to look forward to!

The game features new and innovative features not know to man before now such as the 'depth system' which allows the player to shoot over things while zombies can't attack you. Some objects will be higher than Sean and others won't so you'll be able to use the terrain to your advantage.

The game also features 'terrain elements' mechanic in which players will be able to explore the map and plan out strategies to defeat the undead. Use your surroundings to your advantage and you'll be alright, stand around like a gonk and you'll be boung to be eaten by zombies.

The game also consists of a new mode called 'Unlimited Zombies' which players will have to survive for as long as they can against wave after wave of the undead. You'll be able to save your score on the global leaderboards. Also the zombies wear bowler hats!*

The game has been developed using 'stop motion' a process of frame by frame animation. Realistic textures have been provided by an excellent texture site called CGTextures. The games maps are a semi realistic perspective to give a funky new look to design. This combines real and synthesised textures to create something a little different but in a good way.

I regularly update on the games progress on my twitter feed and post pictures and videos on it so get a lookin, the games still under development but it should be out fairly soon. I've got more to say on my twitter and facebook so if you want updates on the game then thats the place to look. I also produce a blog on Development Diary updates on the game so for the technical side I'd go there.

I'll be updating the site with more info, screens and videos once the game is nearing completion.
